This hotel is in a fantastic location, being close to a tube station and Shepherd's Market, and within easy reach of all the major attractions. The staff are friendly and provide great service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and even have 2 bathrooms, which is a bonus. The kitchenette is well-equipped with all the basic amenities you need. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and sets you up for the day ahead.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The location is great. A short walk from underground station Green Park and also not so long walk from/to anywhere in the center. The kitchen was OK and working and suited very good for my needs during the stay.

The room was very basic and nothing fancy. Bring your own posters to the wall if you are going to stay longer :-). I got a room in the backside, so it was not noisy as so many have said about the rooms in this hotel. The TV was really small, about 17 inch, but it didn't bother me.

The apartment was in a great location, close to many attractions and with easy access to public transportation. the kitchenette was equipped with basic utensils, which was very practical as we could prepare our own breakfasts. the apartment was also clean and well-maintained.

The apartment did not offer a good night's sleep. the bed was uncomfortable and the noise from the nearby street was loud and constant, making it difficult to rest.

The location is great, just off the beautiful Berkley Square. Short walk to Green Park tube station. The room was spacious which is rare in London.

Shabby and neglected interior appearance, almost useless plumbing! The photos are totally deceiving. I dont think the apartments are worth the money that they charge. Slightly grotty - a refurb is probably needed to broken floor boards, maybe new televisions, new sofas & blinds. and a good clean.

The hotel provided excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the hotel’s great location near Green Park Tube station. The staff were attentive and paid attention to detail, ensuring that the rooms were well-maintained and clean. The basic amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including spacious rooms with plenty of wardrobe space and a kitchenette. The breakfast offered a good selection of options to start the day.

The location of the hotel is excellent. So much so, that I was able to walk everywhere and not use the Tube. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

My room felt a little worn and the carpet could have done with a very thorough clean. The kitchenette's work surfaces were worn through in a couple of places and the crockery was basic and again, felt a little tired.

The hotel is in a quiet area, located next to Green Park tube station, making it convenient to get to all the major attractions. the hostel-like reception area adds a unique charm to the hotel. the rooms are spacious with well-equipped kitchens and clean bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast options are varied. Some rooms offer a beautiful view of the city.

The decor of the hotel may be a bit outdated.

The location everything to see in London is at 30 min walk, the apartement give you independence and save you money on restaurants. Very good with young children when they in bed you still have the leaving room to youself.

The building is getting old and it can be a bit noisy.
